With a commitment and focus on research and development, DHS Emergency nurtures an innovative work culture. No problem is too big or small. We pride ourselves on driving the technologies of tomorrow into current platforms and systems. This has resulted in a wide cross section of industries, specifically DHS support customers with innovative solutions focussed on mining, emergency response and rescue.
CadCam Technology
The technology and machinery used in our manufacturing process is the best available incorporating the latest in Computing Aided Design (including 3D and 2D modelling) and Computer Numerically Controlled punches and routers (CAM – Computer Aided Manufacturing). Furthermore, the principles applied to our process have consistently provided reliable and economical designs for emergency, rescue, protective service providers and government bodies/departments. Our robust, reliable and quality solutions are specifically designed to meet the needs of end users, ergonomics and logistics.
3D Plastic Printing

With the introduction of 3D Plastic Printing and Rapid Prototyping technology, DHS design capability and capacity has developed into a cornerstone of our processes. This allows for the quick production of working prototype components and production level OEM style parts and accessories, which allows our customers to see and touch prototype components direct from the screen in a relatively short period of time and before full production is undertaken
Working in tandem with our sister companies within the Byron Group, DHS is able to further expand the opportunities open to our customer for us to develop the solutions to the everyday problems posed by working within our sector. Further DHS proudly exports these Australian innovative developments to the world.
